REGULAMIN WYSTAWY

Warunki weterynaryjne i dopuszczające kota do wystawy:

1. Koty muszą być zdrowe, czyste i zadbane, przygotowane do wystawy, zaszczepione na choroby wirusowe kotów (kocie katary i panleukopenia) oraz wściekliznę, nie później niż na jeden miesiąc przed wystawą (szczepienie pierwsze) lub aktualne szczepienie następne. Szczepienie na wściekliznę obowiązuje rownież kocięta w wieku 6-ciu ukończonych miesięcy życia. Przy kontroli weterynaryjnej obowiązuje okazanie książeczki szczepień lub paszportu kota oraz zaświadczenie weterynaryjne kota wystawione na 3-1 dni przed wystawą. Chore koty będą wycofywane z wystawy bez zwrotu wpłaconych pieniędzy za wystawę.

2. Wszystkie koty uczestniczące w wystawie muszą być zgłoszone w swojej klasie do katalogu. Ten wymóg dotyczy też wszystkich kociąt, również tych, ktore hodowca zechce wziąć na wystawę na sprzedaż. Każdy kot musi obowiązkowo posiadać identyfikacje - mikroczip. Kocięta zgłaszane na wystawę również obowiązuje posiadanie mikroczipa. Kocięta muszą mieć paszport lub ksiązeczkę szczepień z wklejonym numerem mikroczipa. Mikroczipy będą sprawdzane przy wejściu na wystawę. Wystawiane koty muszą mieć przycięte pazurki. Białe koty muszą mieć zaświadczenie o przeprowadzonym teście słuchu.

3. Na wystawę nalezy przynieść wydrukowane zgłoszenie dla każdego kota uczestniczącego w wystawie, ktore zostalo przesłane do wystawcy jako potwierdzenie przyjęcia kota na wystawę. Zgloszenie to musi byc potwierdzone przez macierzysty klub wystawcy. Potwierdzenie zgloszenia nie muszą przedstawiać wystawcy z klubów: PZF, IBSCC i FCV, mają jednak obowiązek przynieść ze sobą wydrukowane zgłoszenie kota.

Regulamin:

1. Wystawca ma obowiązek sprawdzić prawidłowość wpisu kota w katalogu i dokonać w sekretariacie wystawy, przed oceną kota, korekty błędnego wpisu, celem dokonania zmian w jego dokumentacji.

2. Wystawca może sam prezentować swoje koty sędziemu, trzymając je w trakcie oceny, .... z wyjątkiem konkursu BIS. Nie przyniesienie kota do oceny po trzykrotnym jego wezwaniu spowoduje dyskwalifikację kota i nie dopuszczenie do oceny kota w terminie późniejszym bez zwrotu wniesionej opłaty za wystawę.

3. Obowiązkiem wystawcy jest sprawdzenie prawidłowości wystawionego przez sędziego certyfikatu zgodnie z potrzebami kota i w razie niezgodności otrzymanej oceny dokonanie natychmiastowej interwencji u sędziego albo osobistej albo przez sekretariat wystawy. Po dokonaniu oceny kota i zakończeniu wystawy nie będzie możliwości dokonania jakichkolwiek poprawek w ocenie kota.

4. W razie posiadanego już dla kota certyfikatu w tej samej klasie od sędziego oceniajacego kota, należy poprosić sędziego o potwierdzenie tej oceny przez innego sedziego, tak, by trzy oceny w danej klasie były wydane przez trzech różnych sędziów.

5. Przypomina się wystawcom o niezwłocznym obowiązku zgłaszania do sekretariatu wszystkich zmian klasy wystawowej po otrzymaniu przez kota certyfikatu w pierwszy dzień wystawy.

6. Wszystkie zmiany koloru kota dokonywane w trakcie jego oceny a nie przed wystawą, muszą przejść drogę oficjanej zmiany koloru. Zmianę koloru kota w trakcie jego oceny należy obowiązkowo zgłosić do sekretariatu wystawy co spowoduje wydanie kotu wymaganej dokumentacji zmiany koloru kota.

7. Koty muszą przebywać w udekorowanej klatce do czasu zakończenia wystawy. Wcześniejsze opuszczenie wystawy spowoduje unieważnienie wystawy kotom wystawcy i nie wydanie dyplomów i ocen jego kotom, bez prawa zwrotu wpłaconej opłaty za wystawę.

8. Wystawca odpowiedzialny jest za zachowanie na wystawie swego kota. Wystawca jest zobowiązany do naprawienia szkód dokonanych na wystawie przez jego kota, siebie lub rodzinę uczestniczącą w wystawie. Wystawców i ich rodziny obowiązuje kulturalne i ciche zachowanie w trakcie wystawy w celu zapewnienia kotom spokojnych warunków.

9. Po zakończeniu wystawy w drugim dniu, dyplomy wydawane będą w sekretariacie wystawy po uprzednim złożeniu wszystkich klatek, z których korzystali wystawcy.

10. W przypadku dużej ilości wystawców i ich rodzin, może zabraknąć krzeseł - w takim przypadku krzesła otrzymają wyłącznie wystawcy wymienieni w katalogu.

11. Wystawca jest zobowiązany do zachowania porządku i czystosci na terenie wystawy jak rownież w rejonie przyleglym do hali wystawowej.

12. Na hali wystawowej obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia tytoniu. W trakcie wystawy obowiązuje całkowity zakaz picia napojów alkoholowych. Osoby, u których stwierdzi się nadużycie alkoholu będą zmuszone do opuszczenia wystawy bez zwrotu wniesionej opłaty za wystawę a koty tego wystawcy zostaną zdyskwalifikowane.

13. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo nie przyjęcia kota na wystawę.

14. Przysłanie zgłoszenia kota na wystawę do organizatora wystawy jest równoznaczne z akceptacją warunków niniejszego regulaminu.

SHOW RULES

Veterinary conditions accepting cats to take part in the show:

1. Cats must be healthy, clean and in good condition, prepared to the show, vaccinated against cats virus diseases (cat's flu, panleucopenia etc.) as well as against Rabies, no later than one month before the cat show (first vaccination) or must have next vaccination valid. Rabies vaccination is obligatory also for kittens in the age of six months. During veterinary control it's obligatory to show the vaccination book or cat's passport as well as veterinary health certificate issued 3-1 days before the show. Ill cats won't be accepted without reimbursement.

2. All cats taking part in the cat show must be applicated in their classes to the catalogue. This concerns also all kittens inlcuding kittens for sale during the show. Each cat should obligatory has identification microchip. Kittens taking part in the cat show must also have microchip. Kittens must have passport or vaccination book with microchip number. Microchips will be checked in the entrance to the show. All cats must have their claws cutted. White cats must have veterinary certificate concerning ears' test.

3. The exhibitior should bring printed application for each cat participating in the exhibition, which has been sent to the exhibitor as confirmation of cat's acceptance to take part in the show. This report must be confirmed by the exhibitor's parent club. Confirmation of notification does not have to provide exhibitors with the club: PZF, IBSCC and FCV, however, are required to bring along a cat printed application.

Rules:

1. The exhibitor is required to verify the accuracy of the alert cat in the show catalogue and in the secretariat of the exhibition, before assessing the cat, make a correction of incorrect alert, in order to make changes to its documentation.

2. Exhibitors can present their cats to the judge, holding them in evaluating .... except the BIS competition. Do not bring the cat to the judge after it's called three times will disqualify the cat and do not leave the cat to assess at a later date without reimbursement fee for the exhibition brought

3. Duty of exhibitor is to check the correctness of the certificate issued by a judge in accordance with the needs of the cat and in the event of non-compliance received immediate intervention to make the assessment in court either personal or by the secretariat of the exhibition. After evaluation of the cat and the exhibition it will not be possible to make any amendments in the evaluation of the cat.

4. If you already have a certificate for the cat in the same class from a judge evaluating a cat, you should ask the judge to confirm this assessment by another judge, so that the three reviews in the class were given by three different judges.

5. Exhibitors are reminded of the obligation to report promptly to the Secretariat of any changes to the class exhibition of the cat after receiving the certificate on the first day of the exhibition.


6. All changes made in the color of the cat during its evaluation, and not before the show must go the way of oficial colour change. Changing the color of the cat in the process of assessment should be mandatory be reported to the secretariat of the exhibition which will issue the required documentation cat changing the color of the cat.

7. Cats must stay in decorated cage until the end of the exhibition. Prior to leave the exhibition will invalidate the exhibition and the exhibited cats do not issue diplomas and evaluations of his cats, without the right to refund the fee for the exhibition

8. The exhibitor is responsible for maintaining the exhibition of his cat. The Exhibitor is obliged to repair the damage done to the exhibition by his cat, yourself or family participating in the exhibition. Exhibitors and their families are asked to be cultural and quiet during the exhibition in order to ensure peaceful conditions for the cats

9. At the end of the exhibition on the second day, the diplomas will be issued at the Registry of the exhibition after the fold of all the cages used by exhibitors

10. For a large number of exhibitors and their families, may run out of chairs - in which case the chair would only receive the exhibitor listed in the catalogue

11. The Exhibitor is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order in the exhibition as well as in the area adjacent to Hall

12. At the exhibition hall smokine is completely avoided. During the exhibition it's completely avoided to drink alcohol drinks. Person who finds the abuse of alcohol will be forced to leave the exhibition without refund of fees for the exhibition brought a variation of the exhibitor will be disqualified

13. Organisation board has the right to not to accept a cat for exhibition

14. Submitting cat's registration form to the exhibition's organizer is tantamount to accepting the conditions of these Rules.

AUSSTELLUNGSORDNUNG

Veterinäramtliche Bestimmungen und Voraussetzungen für die Zulassung einer Katze zur Ausstellung:

1. Die Katzen müssen gesund, sauber, gepflegt, für die Ausstellung vorbereitet, sowie gegen Virenkrankheiten der Katzen (Katzenschnupfen und Panleukopenie) und Tollwut geimpft sein. Die Impfung soll nicht später als einen Monat vor der Ausstellung (erste Impfung) erfolgen oder eine nächste Impfung muss aktuell sein. Die Tollwutimpfung gilt auch für Jungtiere ab 6 Monate. Bei der Tierarztkontrolle ist der Impfpass oder Katzenpass sowie ein tierärztliches Attest für die Katze, das 1-3 Tage vor der Ausstellung ausgestellt wird, vorzulegen. Kranken Katzen wird der Zutritt zur Ausstellung verboten, ohne dass das für die Ausstellung eingezahlte Geld zurückgegeben wird.

2. Alle Katzen müssen in eigener Klasse angemeldet sein. Auch alle Kitten - auch die, die zum Verkauf angemeldet sind. Jede Katze muss einen Mikrochip zu Identifikationszwecken haben. Auch die zur Ausstellung angemeldeten Kitten müssen einen Mikrochip haben. Die Kitten müssen auch einen Katzenpass oder einen Impfpass mit der eingetragenen Mikrochip-Nummer haben. Beim Eintritt werden Mikrochips geprüft. Die Krallen der ausgestellten Katzen müssen beschnitten werden. Bei weißen Katzen muss eine Bescheinigung des durchgeführten Hörtests vorliegen.

3. In die Aufstellung muss man für jede an der Ausstellung beteiligte Katze die ausgedruckte Anmeldung mitbringen, die an den Aussteller als Bestätigung der Annahme der Katze zur Ausstellung geschickt wurde. Die Anmeldung ist von dem Heimatklub des Ausstellers zu bestätigen. Den Nachweis der Anmeldung bezieht sich nicht auf die Aussteller von den Klubs PZF, IBSCC und FCV. Sie sollen aber die ausgedruckte Anmeldung der Katze mitbringen.

Ordnung:

1. Der Aussteller ist verpflichtet, die Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Eintragung der Katze im Katalog zu prüfen und vor der Bewertung der Katze im Sekretariat der Ausstellung eine fehlerhafte Eintragung zu korrigieren, damit die Katzendokumentation geändert werden kann.

2. Der Aussteller darf seine Katzen selber dem Richter präsentieren und sie während der Bewertung tragen, ausgenommen der BIS-Wettbewerb. Die Nichtbringung der Katze zur Bewertung nach der dreimaligen Aufforderung, hat die Disqualifizierung der Katze und die Nichtzulassung der Katze zur Bewertung in der Nachfrist zur Folge, ohne dass das für die Ausstellung eingezahlte Geld zurückgegeben wird.

3. Der Aussteller ist verpflichtet, die Ordnungsmäßigkeit des von dem Richter ausgestellten Zertifikats gemäß den Bedürfnissen der Katze zu prüfen und im Falle der Nichtübereinstimmung der erhaltenen Note, dies unverzüglich beim Richter persönlich oder über das Sekretariat zu melden. Nach der Ausstellung gibt es keine Möglichkeit mehr, Korrekturen der Bewertung der Katze vorzunehmen.

4. Wenn für die Katze ein Zertifikat von einem bewertenden Richter in der betreffenden Klasse vorliegt, ist diese Bewertung von einem anderen Richter zu bestätigen, so dass drei Bewertungen in der betreffenden Klasse von drei verschiedenen Richtern kommen.

5. Die Aussteller sind verpflichtet, alle Änderungen der Ausstellungsklasse im Sekretariat zu melden, nachdem die Katze ein Zertifikat am ersten Ausstellungstag erhalten hat.

6. Für alle Änderungen der Farbe der Katze, die während deren Bewertung und nicht vor der Ausstellung vorgenommen werden, ist das offizielle Änderungsverfahren verbindlich. Die Änderung der Farbe der Katze ist obligatorisch im Sekretariat der Ausstellung anzumelden, was die Herausgabe der geforderten Dokumentation zur Änderung der Katzenfarbe zur Folge hat.

7. Die Katzen müssen in einem geschmückten Käfig bis zur Ende der Ausstellung sein. Vorzeitiges Verlassen der Ausstellung hat die Nichtigkeitserklärung der Ausstellung für die Katzen des betreffenden Ausstellers, die Nichtherausgabe der Zeugnisse und Bewertungen für seine Katzen zur Folge, ohne dass das für die Ausstellung eingezahlte Geld zurückgegeben wird.

8. Der Aussteller haftet für das Verhalten seiner Katze in der Ausstellung. Der Aussteller ist verpflichtet, die von seiner Katze, von ihm selbst oder von seiner an der Ausstellung teilnehmenden Familie während der Ausstellung verursachten Schäden abzudecken. Die Aussteller und ihre Familien sollen sich kultiviert und ruhig verhalten, um den Katzen optimale Bedingungen sicher zu stellen.

9. Nach der Beendigung der Ausstellung, am zweiten Tag, werden Diplome im Sekretariat der Ausstellung herausgegeben. Vorher sollen aber alle Käfige, die von den Ausstellern benutzt wurden, abgestellt.

10. Sollten viele Aussteller und ihre Familienmitglieder ankommen, können nicht ausreichend Stühle vorhanden sein. In diesem Falle bekommen nur die im Katalog genannten Aussteller einen Stuhl.

11. Der Aussteller ist verpflichtet, auf dem Gelände der Ausstellung und auf dem der Halle anliegenden Platz Sauberkeit und Ordnung zu halten.

12. In der Ausstellungshalle gilt das Rauchverbot. Während der Ausstellung darf auch kein Alkohol getrunken werden. Personen, bei denen Alkoholkonsum festgestellt wird, werden aufgefordert, die Ausstellung zu verlassen, ohne dass ihnen das für die Ausstellung eingezahlte Geld zurückgegeben wird und die Katzen der betreffenden Person werden disqualifiziert.

13. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, die Katze zur Ausstellung nicht zuzulassen.

14. Die Anmeldung der Katze für die Ausstellung bei deren Veranstalter bedeutet die Bewilligung der Bedingungen der vorliegenden Ordnung.
